Ronnie is an experienced leader in healthcare information systems and technology including acute, ambulatory, post-acute, and population health; enterprise systems and system management; data warehousing, informatics, and data analytics; EHR optimization; and leadership of transformation strategies.

She is known for her ability to organize and lead solutions for strategic visioning, systems thinking, and collaboration between operations, clinical, and technology teams. She is experienced in setting a vision and building the requisite infrastructure to achieve it through integrating people, processes, and technology.

She most recently served as Enterprise Director of Ambulatory, Post-Acute, and Population Health for a $3.5 billion, 24,000 employee health system with responsibility for driving transformation strategies and enhanced performance, including use of the Epic EHR, contributing to improved facility operations and performance at the local market level. Additionally, she served as senior manager for health information systems within a national consulting firm and health policy analyst within CMS.

  • Developed, implemented, and supported an EHR strategy for 900+ employed physicians and advance practice providers within a hospital-owned system

  • Led population health strategies resulting in implementation and use of platforms to manage longitudinal care coordination, social determinants of health, payor data exchange, and analytics for cost/quality

  • Collaborated with local and regional CINs to define data needs, systems, and integrated processes to achieve outcomes for value-based contracts

  • Architected ROI analyses and processes such as implementation of a Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) risk-adjustment model, resulting in an ROI exceeding $3.1M

  • Helped create a data analytics program to analyze cost and quality through a cohesive data strategy and governance structure

  • Developed, implemented, and supported information technology solutions resulting in decreased readmission rates through integration of medical home and outpatient coordination of care programs
