Sharon Confessore is a health system executive experienced in talent development, training, leadership development, executive coaching, change management and innovation adoption, and organization culture in acute and ambulatory settings.

She is known for creating people-focused strategies and best practices for implementing corporate-wide learning solutions while inspiring others to leverage learning, change, culture, and leadership capacity to achieve results. Sharon served as Chief Learning Officer of a regional faith-based health system. She also led learning and organization development units within a fully integrated national health system. Her responsibilities have included change management interventions for corporate-wide clinical transformation; implementing programs to launch and accelerate adoption of e-learning and EHR systems; creating leadership development programs for physicians and nurses; assessing organization culture and employee engagement; and restructuring and standardizing system-wide policies and practices to maximize ROI for learning and development.
